12 MONTH 0% FINANCING / SAME-AS-CASH (SAC)
This loan is a 12 month same as cash. If you the customer do not pay off the loan within the 12-month promotional period, then the remainder owed shall be at 6.99% for (5) years.
All loans are unsecured loans. Same as cash options DO ACCRUE INTEREST during the promotional period. The interest is waived for the customer if repaid by expiration of the promotional period. Throughout the promotional period, payments are not required but the customer will be mailed a monthly reminder of when the expiration date is.
Traditional Installment Loan
Traditional Installment Financing is one of 4 interest rates (8.99%, 9.99%, 11.99% and 12.99%) The rate that is offered is based upon customer FICO score and credit history. Loan term shall be for 3 years, 5 years,7 years,10 years, or 12 years depending on amount of loan.
Reduced Monthly Payment
This loan is 9.99% for 12 years. The minimum loan amount is $10,000. This loan is great for small monthly payments and can be paid off anytime with no prepayment penalties. For example, if a home repair project costs $20,000 the monthly payment would be an estimated $265 per month. Another example is if a home remodeling project costs $40,000, the monthly cost would be $477 per month.
